These Terms and Conditions govern your use, as a restaurant partner (“you”, “Restaurant”), of the Bontado account, dashboard, and commission-free online ordering and reservation system provided by Bontado (“us”, “we” or “our”). By registering an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORITY

By creating an account, installing your ordering button, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. The person who registers represents that they are authorized to bind the Restaurant and its legal entity.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account, including that of any staff members you invite. You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.

3. THE SERVICE

Bontado provides a technology system that lets you take orders and reservations directly from your diners through an ordering button embedded on your own website or Facebook page, or through a free Bontado-generated restaurant website. Bontado is a technology provider, not a marketplace, and is not the seller of your food.

4. COMMISSION-FREE ORDERING AND SUBSCRIPTION

Bontado does not charge a commission on your orders. Optional premium features are offered through a paid subscription plan, the price and terms of which are shown to you before you subscribe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for your menu, prices, item availability, and opening hours; for complying with all applicable food-safety, hygiene, licensing, and consumer-protection laws; for fulfilling accepted orders through your own delivery staff or by pickup; and for handling your diners’ orders, refunds, and complaints. You are the seller of all items you offer.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, not to upload false, misleading, or infringing content, not to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, and not to use the service to sell items you are not legally permitted to sell.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Bontado and its software, design, and trademarks remain the property of Bontado. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. The menu, images, and content you upload remain yours, and you grant Bontado the right to display and process them as needed to operate your ordering system.

8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or violate applicable law. You may stop using the service or close your account at any time, subject to completing any orders in progress and settling any outstanding subscription amounts.

9. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bontado is not liable for the food you prepare, for your dealings with your diners, or for any loss arising from your acts or omissions as the seller. Bontado’s liability is limited to providing the technology described in these Terms.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes through your dashboard or by email. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
